Files selected in tools

The included PDF, image and document tools are designed to process selected files in your web browser. Tool files are not intentionally uploaded to Tech Codi Tools for processing. The browser creates the result locally and provides a temporary local download link.

Third-party browser libraries

Some processing engines are loaded from established content delivery networks. Those providers may receive normal web-request information such as your IP address, browser details and requested library URL. The selected document itself is not intentionally sent to those library hosts by Tech Codi Tools. OCR language data and processing libraries may also be downloaded by your browser when needed.

Technical and hosting data

Like most websites, the hosting platform may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps and security logs.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses an essential PHP session cookie for security features such as CSRF protection and contact-form rate limiting. The included package does not require advertising cookies.

Contact messages

Messages submitted through the Contact page are stored in a protected server folder so the site owner can review them. They may remain until manually deleted according to the site owner's retention practice.

Future services

If analytics, advertising, external APIs, cloud storage or other services are enabled later, this policy should be updated before those services are used.
